1. Seller

2. Your purchase
€2 including 21% Dutch VAT buys the pixel drawing shown in checkout, a numbered PNG download and a public place for at least 12 months from payment. One payment, no subscription or automatic renewal. The first purchase phase serves adult consumers in the EU VAT area, subject to the supported billing territories. We accept cards. Your bank may temporarily reserve €2 before the billing and availability checks complete; a declined authorization is released without a completed charge. A modern browser and internet connection are required for the public place. Save the PNG for independent access. Similar drawings may exist.
3. Delivery
The numbered card is provided after verified payment. A human reviews public drawings, normally within 24 hours. If rejected, we explain why, offer a way to contest an error and provide a full refund. Temporary maintenance may occur; necessary security updates are included during the service period. If we permanently stop before your first 12 months end, you may request a full purchase refund. We will restore access or provide remedies required by law if delivery fails.
4. Public participation
Your drawing, creation number and selected neighbor link will be public after review. We do not show your name, email or payment details. Do not add identifying details, unlawful, hateful, sexual or threatening material or infringe another person's rights. Removal decisions may be contested through seller support. We will not remove lawful criticism to avoid obligations. Public removal can be requested through your private order link; this does not itself create an extra refund right after the withdrawal period. Statutory rights remain. The launch purchase is for adults 18+.
5. Artwork rights
You may download and share your PNG for personal use, including as an avatar. The purchase grants no exclusive design, copyright assignment, financial asset or ownership of the overall world. You retain rights you already hold in your original contribution and grant us permission to render, host and display it to perform this service. Identifiable testimonials or individual promotional features beyond this service require separate permission.
6. Neighbors and sharing
Sharing is optional. A valid invitation link connects a newly purchased creation to a public creation. It does not guarantee geometric adjacency or visibility. There are no commissions, prize entries, transferable rewards or financial returns. Paid counts describe active paid creations; public counts describe reviewed public creations. Neither count describes unique people. Test orders and refunded/disputed entries do not contribute. Duplicate purchases are not evidence of distinct people or independent referrals.
7. Withdrawal and refund
Cancel for any reason within 14 days after contract conclusion. Use Undo purchase on the website with your private order link, or send an unambiguous statement to the seller contact above. You keep this right even after download or publication. The optional model form is below. We return the full purchase amount by the original payment method within 14 days after receiving your cancellation, without processing fee deductions, and remove the associated public entry. The acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; refund completion is confirmed separately.
8. Consumer rights
Contact the seller if the product does not work as described. The 12-month promise does not replace statutory rights. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights where law does not permit it. Your mandatory local consumer protections and legally competent courts remain available.
9. Transparent commercial experiment
Payments fund the operation and profit of this project. This is not charity, an investment, a chance-based reward or a promise of perpetual hosting. We promise no participant total, viral result or financial return.
10. Version
This version applies to your purchase. Later changes do not reduce your existing service or mandatory rights. Keep the order email or download the durable receipt containing these terms.
